Salisbury Talent Show to Bring Local Performers to Market Place

Salisbury residents are being invited to take to the stage and share their talents at the Salisbury Talent Show.

The event will take place on Sunday 13 September, from 10am to 4pm, in Salisbury Market Place, giving local performers the chance to entertain crowds in the heart of the city.

The event is the final Salisbury Street Sellers market of 2026. Salisbury Street Sellers are a series of themed markets organised by Salisbury City Council, bringing local traders, food vendors and entertainment into the heart of the city centre.

Whether you can sing, dance, perform magic, show off a special skill or even each your dog a few tricks, everyone is welcome to take part. There is no need to register in advance, simply turn up from 10am and register at the Salisbury City Council gazebo.

Performers will be in with a chance of winning a slot to perform at this year’s Christmas Begins event in November!

The City Council has partnered with Panthera Dance Company, who will provide two judges for the talent show. They will be joined on the judging panel by Connor Sanderson, local DJ and Head Coach at Astrella Academy of Football. There will even be a guest appearance from the Mayor of Salisbury, Cllr Jenny Bolwell.

You don’t have to be a performer to get involved. Come along to explore the stalls, try delicious street food, support the performers, enjoy the atmosphere and make the most of the last Street Sellers market of 2026.
